The Utility Usage Data Access API provides near real-time access to up to 12 months of historical electricity usage directly from ERCOT Transmission and Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs). Smart Meter Texas (SMT) access is not required.

Designed for residential and small commercial use cases, the API retrieves verified historical usage data to support qualification, analysis, and plan evaluation workflows across ERCOT.
